Cancellation Policy
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

The buyer must return the goods to the sender at their own expense. In addition, a fee of €14.99 will be charged for the cancellation. This means that the customer will be refunded the full purchase price minus €14.99.

The 14-day right of withdrawal expires if the goods have already been used, for example for cultivating plants. In this case, please contact Bonsanto. We will always find a solution.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, minus the €14.99 handling fee, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which was not necessary to check the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.
