Description
The Bonsanto® LED 70W is a full-spectrum LED light (see below) specifically designed for our solutions in the grow sector. It does not require cooling fins, as the heat is distributed via a circuit board, which stays below 32°C. Thanks to its wide circuit board, the light can be dispersed over a large cultivation area.
What does “Full-Spectrum” mean?
When working with indoor growing, you’ll often hear recommendations to change the light source depending on the plant’s growth phase. For example, during the blooming phase, you’re usually advised to switch to a different lighting medium than what you use in the seedling stage. However, with modern full-spectrum lamps, this constant switching is no longer necessary. The Bonsanto LED can provide continuous lighting for your plant from germination to harvest.
Energy Efficiency
The lamp consumes only around €13.42 per month for 18 hours of daily use (*€0.35 per kilowatt price). Compared to a 350W HPS lamp, this results in a cost saving of approximately €53.65 per month.
How to measure the effectiveness or “quality” of an LED lamp?
The quality of an LED lamp can be measured using the PAR value. Light consists of photons, which can oscillate at different wavelengths. The wavelengths that support photosynthesis are known as PAR (photosynthetically active radiation). The PAR value measures the flow of photosynthetic photons, expressed in μmol. The higher the PAR value, the better the lamp’s quality and efficiency.

As described, this lamp is really super suitable for SCROG cultivation. Because the LED board remains quite cold, you can position it quite close to the flowers.

Ich bin total begeistert von der Lampe. Sie ist so viel besser als die Growlampe, die ich vorher für meinen Grow genutzt habe. Meine Pflanzen lieben sie. Sie gibt tatsächlich nicht zu viel Wärme ab, ist aber trotzdem leistungsstark und versorgt meine Pflanzen mit genügend Licht. Ich nutzte zusätzlich eine Reflektionsfolie, um das beste aus der Lampe rauszuholen.
