The Bonsanto® LED 35W is a full-spectrum (see below) LED light, specially designed for our growing solutions. It doesn’t have cooling fins because it distributes heat through a circuit board, which stays below 32°C.
What does “Full Spectrum” mean?
Anyone involved in indoor growing will quickly come across the recommendation to change the lighting medium depending on the plant’s growth phase. For example, when your plant reaches the flowering stage, you are typically advised to switch to a different lighting medium than during the germination phase. With a modern full-spectrum lamp, this switching back and forth is no longer necessary. The lamp consumes only around €6.71 per month at 18h/day (*€0.35/kWh). Compared to a 200-watt HPS lamp, this means a monthly saving of about €41.20. The Bonsanto LED can illuminate your plants continuously from germination to harvest.

How can you measure the effectiveness or “quality” of an LED light?
The quality of an LED lamp can be measured using the PAR value. Light consists of photons, which can oscillate at different wavelengths. The wavelengths that support photosynthesis are referred to as PAR (photosynthetically active radiation). The PAR value describes the flow of photosynthetic photons and is measured in μmol. The higher the PAR value, the better the quality/efficiency of the lamp.

since I do not want to change lamps during my grows, I only use full spectrum lamps. LED is of course a must. This lamp has a good price-performance ratio. Am very satisfied!
